Ici, au Québec, quand on te demande ''comment ça va?'' il faut absolument répondre : ''très bien, merci''...même si t'es mourant!!!!
Here, in Quebec, when they ask "how are you" you must absolutely answer:"very well, thank you"... even if you're dying!!!
